Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Times

All orders ship from our USA warehouse. Processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. Most orders arrive in 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate of $4.99.

Order by 2PM Pacific Time — Ships Same Day!

Orders placed before 2PM PT Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use your tracking number at the carrier's website to monitor delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days or appears lost, please contact us at sales@truebluesupplyusa.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve every case promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. True Blue Supply USA is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@truebluesupplyusa.com before your order ships.
