Because we sell USA-made consumable pet products (treats, chews, supplements, pee pads, waste bags), all sales are final on consumable items. This is standard practice in the pet food and consumable industry and is required for health and safety reasons.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS.

We stand 100% behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right β€” no questions asked.


To file a claim, email us at sales@truebluesupplyusa.com within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A clear photo or short video showing the damage or issue

- A brief description of the problem


Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method OR reship your order at no charge β€” your choice.


NON-CONSUMABLE ITEMS (Grooming Tools, Leashes, Accessories)

For non-consumable items only, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery provided the item is:

- Unused and in original condition

- In original packaging


Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the order has been processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. To cancel, email sales@truebluesupplyusa.com immediately with your order number.


LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days at sales@truebluesupplyusa.com. We will investigate and resolve every case.


CHANGE OF MIND

Because our products are consumable pet food and health items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all pets.
